Cycle after injury: yes or no 13 November 2009 15:48 (permalink)
I'm going back to the gym after a 5 months layoff because of a bike accident. Right now I'm still not at 100%... I'm not even at 60% and I've lost a lot of lbm. My left leg is a lot smaller than the right one. At the moment I can only train with machines, can't risk someone throwing a dumbbell at my injured foot and can't do any squat, dl or standing exercise, so I'm doing a 3x week full body with machines . Would a light cycle (10mg/die 2-3 weeks) of m-drol be a good idea? My plan is to speed up the recovery of the muscles while doing phisyokinesitherapy for my foot/ankle/toes.
Waste of time/money/drugs?

Thinking about it... a cycle now it's a bad idea. It's never a good idea to rush things, especially in this case.
