Hi,
Would Chaparral Labs ATD stacked with Activate Extreme, be a suitable pct for a 4 week cynostane cycle @ 3 caps / day?
Or would there be any better otc options?

You'll likely require minimal pct and for generally less time than if you were using a largely androgenic compound. Not used activate extreme before but its got i3c and a few other decent ingredients so should be ok.

I think with that PCT stack you will feel fine in a week or two into PCT so you could actually consider it as a natural test boosting stack moreso than just a PCT stack.

Hi,
I got inhibt-e instead of the ATD (samething by the looks of it).
I plan to taper down, but am not sure if its best to start on 3 or 4 caps / day, anyone used this and has any opinions?
Also would you start this the day after the last cynostane, or would estrogen
already be very low by then, and therefore not required straight away?

You would start it the day after your final dose and I would just take as suggested. The chances are you can probably come off after a couple of weeks (saving the rest of the bottle in that case).
No need to run AI's unless needed and with Cynostane recovery is not a problem by the looks of it.
