Interesting rotation... that's a brutal 6 weeks of intensity looming. Be good to see how you put them all together - not that I'd think about nicking the idea, never

Well as for this year Oma {sibil} has help make some massive change in such a short time we are happy with what we are going to bring and what ever the Result nxt year we will make some crazy improvments we never had a offsesason and had to grow as we was dieting. Wait till me her and Roelly smash some session i think she will get the best out of daz ball due to she uncovers every stone and am someone who follows what am told., Am feeling good in myself little tied at times but not when am training i have still been pushing it all the way in i had 8months off so am not feeling like i need a rest yet. Well it was chest abs today and i have been sticking to what i have been doing over last few weeks keeping weights as heavy as poss but i have really been holding the contraction so weights came down a lil holding it for 3 to 5secs on each rep so todays session was Flat dumbbell press warms ups 3 sets then et1 30kgs 12reps set2 40kgs 12reps set3 50kgs 12reps Incline flyes set 1 20kgs 12reps set2 25kgs 12reps set3 30kgs 12reps Flat flyes set1 20kgs 12reps set2 25kgs 12reps set3 30kgs 11reps Incline dumbbell press set1 30kgs 12reps set2 35kgs 12reps set3 40kgs 13reps Pec deck FST7 70kgs 20secs rest time Abs was 10mins work on them today was lil harder cus kept rest down to 30 to 40secs so was very fast between sets but still feel strong looking forward to show then i think a great offseason next yeat now am really hungry again.
