Alton towers was good, a long day though with 2 young kids, I screamed like a girl which my 4 year old girl found very funny! Lol

        Weight - 12 st 1.5 (+.5ib)

        Waist - 33.5 inches (same)

        Training - started really well, Monday was weights, Tuesday was boxing, then it went to sh1t, pulled my back unloading the dishwasher on wednesday morning, missed boxing on thursday had a 220 round trip for work so missed boxing, managed a weights and cardio session tonight but my little lad woke up so I was in out of the garage all night will pack a few more session in the weekend.


        Diet - ok but had few days stuck in meetings and need eat a lot in the day and was hungry in the night ended up having some oatcakes etc


        Alcohol - first drink tonight since Sunday will keep it slow and steady

        Family and work comes first, but I need to plan a bit better next week to get some progression!

          Hopefully the weekend will let you catch up a bit on the exercise , plenty of worse things you could have had rather than oatcakes.
           
          I keep having to resist the all butter croissants lurking in the kitchen

            Weight - 12 st 1ib (-.5)
            Waist - 33 inches (-.5)

            Training - went well this week scheduled weights and did some card after each session. Missed boxing this week so need to get back in next for definite


            Diet - ok but had few days stuck in meetings again and had a few choc attacks. Also went to see Peter Kay last night and had a night in a hotel in Manchester so big meal last night and a big brekkie this morning.


            Alcohol - not great last night and had a few on Thursday too, back on the dry next week.

                  Training - ok, training more of a weekend than during the week due to work and family commitments, managed to get to boxing on tuesday which was good - training is consistent which is a plus.


                  Diet - not great didn't do big shop last week and need to plan better, had a few sweet binges which aren't good, find I am very hungry if I do not eat a lot during the day and binge on crap in the night, need to plan a bit better next week

                  Alcohol - this is my Achilles heel and I is linked to the sweet binges above, need to go on the dry for a bit after this weekend me thinks.

                  If I am right it is half way there and 6 weeks to go so it's time to step it up and get that last few pounds off!

                    Quick update, haven't been training too much past couple of weeks due to work commitments. Weight and waist is circa the same so no progress but no massive damage.

                    Found out last week I am going on a management course to cranfield business school, great opportunity but means I'm away from home for a solid 12 days. There is a gym on campus but whether I get time is another thing, food looks pretty good though.

                    I will see how things go and see what I'm like when I get back.
