Weight - 12 st 1.5 (+.5ib)
Waist - 33.5 inches (same)
Training - started really well, Monday was weights, Tuesday was boxing, then it went to sh1t, pulled my back unloading the dishwasher on wednesday morning, missed boxing on thursday had a 220 round trip for work so missed boxing, managed a weights and cardio session tonight but my little lad woke up so I was in out of the garage all night will pack a few more session in the weekend.
Diet - ok but had few days stuck in meetings and need eat a lot in the day and was hungry in the night ended up having some oatcakes etc
Alcohol - first drink tonight since Sunday will keep it slow and steady
Family and work comes first, but I need to plan a bit better next week to get some progression!
