Decided it give this a go to add a bit to my training. Stats Weight - 12st 8ibs Height - 5ft 6ins Neck - 16ins Chest - 44ins Waist - 36ins R. Arm - 15ins L. Arm - 15.5ins R. Leg - 23.25ins L. Leg - 23.5ins R. Calf - 15.75ins L. Calf - 15.75ins Goals - To drop 14ibs and increase strength and fitness, I do some boxing twice a week so performance and aesthics are both priorities. I am hoping for a little muscle memory too (fingers crossed) Supplements - Standard stuff - got a bit of creatine, L-Glutamine, fish oils, protein blend, MRPs ec. Planning on doing this natural but I do have 6 weeks worth of T-Bol which I will be starting once the fat has come off. Photos to follow when the wife gets home!

Thanks for everyone messages. I plan on using this journal to measure progress weekly. I have a journal running which is used to log training. Weight - 12 st 3ibs (-5ibs) Waist - 34 inches (-2inches) Training - only managed 2 workouts this week but plan on getting in Saturday and Sunday. Hectic week at work and at hone so not the best week to start but should be better next week Diet - calorie wise good but need to increase protein intake. Alcohol - haven't had a drink since last Sunday which is my biggest Achilles heel, plan on staying dry for 2 week then having a wine on a Saturday only when i have a 2 hr cheat window Weight loss this week is no doubt water but it's a move in the right direction.

Thanks guys! Weight - 12 st 1.5ibs (-1.5ibs) Waist - 34 inches (same) Training - training is going really well if not a little eclectic as I have been combining weight, boxing and cardio. Diet - same as last week calorie wise good but need to increase protein intake. Did asda big shop yesterday so the stocks are there now! Alcohol - fell of the wagon last night which my first drink since starting the shape up. Had planned on just having one on Saturday but felt like a few glasses of wine, need to just keep an eye on it. Overall quite happy, the waist didn't go down but legs and arms are starting to show some separation

Early update as I am going to Alton Towers tomorrow Weight - 12 st 1ibs (-.5) Waist - 33.5 inches (-.5) Training - crap have been feeling I'll all week so have only done some weights twice - back to it next week I hope! Diet - increased protein intake and still lean on the cake so probably an improvement! Alcohol - no drinking since Saturday till I had a glass of white wine last night as I was feeling I'll and a bit so for myself. Will have a few tonight and tomorrow and see how next week goes! Have things picked up since the last progress update? I've been fighting to stave off the beginnings of a cold that everybody else seems to have , touch wood seems to be working . I would imagine the boxing should help considerably - it makes me tired just watching if I go to pick my son up from training!

I'm going to load up on the l-glutamine and vitamins - might be worth a punt The boxing is great basically an hour of hiit, the coach is very good and works us very hard!
