Breakfast 7am: bowl of porridge with semi skimmed milk and piece of fruit
        10 am : Protien shake
        Lunch 12pm: tuna sandwich/chicken sandwich
2 pm : snack such as rice cakes/low fat crackers
Dinner 6 Pm : grilled/boiled chicken with pasta/rice with vegetables
i also have a protien shake post weight training which currently takes place around 4 30 pm and i also carry out my cardio around 8 am and try drink 2 litres+ of water.

thanks alot man ill be sure to use ur suggestions, the comment you made for after  training would clash with my dinner i dont kno how clear i made it as i train around 4 30 for aroun 1- 1 and a half hours so my dinner would take place straight after so that would be the meal you suggested? would this plan be ok for stripping fat as i am doing cardio for 50 mins a day 5 days a week?
            thanks.

I don't think your proposed diet is too bad really, but some good suggestions above, I would agree with those.  I think you wil do well if you stick to that regime and keep up with the training.
