I know what was wrong yesterday, when i get a lift out it messes me up, so i fell out of my normal groove by about 4 inches, doms in my upper chest is severe today, same for tri`s after the big set.
Eating still way off, had 4 breaded chicken breasts today and an icecream, just got no appetite

down from needing to eat everything i see.
