Thanks a lot Scott, cheers for helping i`ll be on the phone tomorrow and see what i can sort out, am i ok to drop comments in your journal if i have any questions bud?

No i havnt tried them, but i shall have a go, i can imagine its hard to balance it, i sometimes have an issue balancing the bar on my 1 hand pulls, ive got nothing to use as a marker on the bar, so its a bit hit and miss.

On the subject of one hand movements, watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzlRC30_yTc

      Gym_rat - cheers bud

O/T - morning weight is 14 stone 12 now, ive not binged for a while, appetite is coming back, so thats 7 pounds gone in 2 weeks, and looking better for it, next picture update will be when i`m back at 13 stone 10, for direct comparrison to my starting pics, i`m getting some shape back now, had a few comments which is always good.

              Looking forward to them myself.

Ive found with powercleans etc, first 6-8 inches are where its made, get it wrong and its not happening, soon find out tomorrow anyway, should be amusing struggling with 30kg anyway.

My arms ruin it for me though, i cant get into the gorilla position, because they are too long.

Well it would seem i`m not eligable for any courses untill ive been claiming benifits for 6 months, which is a bit crap tbh.

Thats ****ing shocking, so basically they want you to claim money off them for a 6 month period befor shelling out on a course for you - were the fcuk is the logic in that.

One other thing is i think the course YMCA level 2 is about 500 quid. You can get an intrest free student loan out if you want to do it that way.

Ye it allows for great abuse of the system doesnt it, they should be getting people trained and fcuking them off benefits asap instead of spunking money away, ruins the system for people who actually want work, and want help.

You arnt eligable for any courses of any sort until 6 months.

They do help finding things like apprenticeships though, got a meeting next week, piss take really though, they should be trying to fire people through as fast as possible, but ive got to wait nearly 2 weeks just to meet an advisor.

How much is the level 3 course? I suppose if i was going to get a loan for it, may as well go the whole way.

I may fcuk my car off to free some money up thinking about it.

You can do a 3 month intensive course for 2,500 this gets level 2&3, curcit training, first aid, and basic nutrition.

(might even be able to get it cheaper than that mate)

Fair bit of wedge that, i think at this moment in time level 2, then 3 as an add on later.

I`ll have to see how much i can free up from my car etc, i think an old 1.5 non turbo diesel pug 106 run on chip fat is on the cards ha.

I dont suppose you know of any of the chain gyms that train you do you? I`ll get a few speculative letters fired out tonight.

                          Sorry for all the questions.

What will you do in terms of work if you end up over there?

My uncle works out there, says its dirt cheap, hes earning a fcuking fortune out there aswell.

I wouldnt dare ride a motorbike in this country, driving over here is horendous, the amount of people who dont notice me coming up behind them or round them is shocking, let alone on a bike.
