Think i may as well put current personal best's on the big 3. Bench press 90kg x 7 Squat (just started doing them) 100kg x 5 Deadlift 200kg x 4

Deadlift 60kg x 8, 100kg x 6, 140kg x 5, 180kg x 4, 210kg x 3 pb - 220kg x 2 next week, then 230kg 1rm week after, then i will start bodybuilding training. Reverse grip pulldown 60kg x 8, 80kg x 6, 90kg x 5 Lat pulldown 65kg x 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 - 70kg next week barbell row 60kg x 5 x 5 x 5 - was bollaxed by this bit.
