    Well been eating **** for around 3 - 4 weeks and the novelty has worn off now, so after my anti biotics so basically next week I will clean things up and eat good foods and also be strict with my vits etc, try sort out this immune system etc

    I will eat good protein sources and have whatever carb source at whatever meal, nothing to strict while off as doing this for a mental break more than anything.

    Will use whey, bcaa, omegas, vits, creatine etc, will start new training next week aswell not sure if I will bother with a log book for couple months just plan a day and hit what I feel like on them days, so each session will be different, get the enjoyment back

    we will see how it goes

      Well last night is first night I slept alll the way thru in over 6 months LOL

      3g melationin and maximuscle ZMA - baring in mind I was on zopliclones for 4 months solid thought I may have withdrawels


      I cannot vouch on my quality due to the sleep apnea, however mentally only waking for a quick sip of my water then back straight to sleep is a milestone for me

        This is something I am being more strict on now as I have loads but forget them so started

        reflex nexgen x 3 daily
        Omegas will be high like 15g a day for 4 weeks as joints always battered when come off
        Vitamin e 800ui a day
        Vitamin d 5000ui a day
        Ache free by maximuscle 6 caps a day ( joint support and have loads hey to use up )
        cissus ( 1 a day to use up the tub )
        Glutamine will be 30g a day
        Reflex AOC ( 1 a day to use up tub )
        pre biotic yogurts
        Maximuscle ZMA and 3g ON melatonin
        Then when zma finished will add in 
        MaxiRAW Turbo test as DAA and zinc

        Sounds alot but it isnt really

        Also reasons are when I eat VEGS I have worse IBS and find eating normal macros I seem fine lately, some vegs bloat me bad some dont 

        So main vegs will be at evening meal

            it is good to see you are sticking to your healthy plan.  there is plenty of time in the future to get bigger.





            Well it is peace of mind, I know I do not have to come off due to Organ / blood tests
             
            however least I know health is there, so a short mental break, get fundimentals right i.e food, training, cv , sleep then it will put me in good stead for future mass gaining etc

              Well currently cannot wait to start a routine with diet and training again, last 3 - 4 weeks taken its toll, just clear these anti biotics and I am ready to go.

              Currently off cycle and in PCT and I was gonna just chill / stroke do whatever but have done that last 3 -4 weeks so adjusted diet will be something like this

              upon waking - glutamine, vits etc, 

              Will try and add some green veg like green beans to most meals, some gives me IBS

              645am - 100g oats, Water, banana ( eaten from a bowl ) whey 50 with spoon of flax or 4 eggs and 20 g whey

              1030am - 250mg mince, normally with tinned toms and chilli con carne mix ( will vary ) potatoes

              1pm - 250g mince, potatoes

              345pm - 50g whey, 50g oats

              Pre workout - 5g bcaa, 5g creatine, maybe 1 scoop nos fusion

              intra - 20g bcaa, 40g WMS

              PWO - 50g wpi, 50g dextrose, creatine, vit c 1g, 5 g leucine, 10 g glutamine


              PPWO - 250g of fish / mince /chicken / 250g sweet potato / 100g rice, green vegs


              Pre bed - 50g casien, tbl PB, 25g carbs ( oatcakes ) or 250g steak
              Glutamine, vit c, vit e, vitd, zma and melatonin


              Pretty simple to follow, carbs sources will vary and change, PWO meal meats will vary but the basis is on timing and just getting it all in, appetite is pretty much best its been for a while, guts are ok.

              Training wise back to basics for a few weeks, trying new exercises, new form and will try better contraction and higher reps to start

              Should all be up and running by monday, however training will be light next week as will not push to much straight after infection.


              I have a good feeling that training and life will be good this year

                think I may attempt some AM cardio at the gym 2moro, just something light to get some blood flow and a sweat on, followed by stretching as alll week on sofa has got me tight

                  Well ended up popping out last night for first time in ages, only had 1 pint and 4 bottles of becks, came home had cheese and coleslaw sandwich then a melatonin and slept to 12 noon today, damn 

                  Still no training will go back to it monday, that will be basically 4 weeks of slack diet, slack training and a mental break from it all TBH

                  It has worked out well doing it like that as I have my priorities right and also have that hunger to train like an animal, eat better and enjoy it.

                    Good luck through PCT, its not that bad, i finished mine 6weeks ago, all good, however......I am running HGH 5iu EOD LOL
                    Its surprising how much size you keep, and you dont lose everything like you think

                      Well it is more of a mini blitz while off, been 4 weeks since last jab, covering all base mainly just to fire balls back up then the onslaught towards Leeds 23rd Sept first show, prep will start in July

                                        Well I am sure some bloat will happen, however it is a new diet so will try stick with it roughly for 4 - 6 weeks, chnaging as I go along if anything effects my stomach etc, I am allowing cheats as I am not on a prep and I am taking more relaxed approach mentally.

                                        However want the basics in there, meals may vary
