          Cheers guys, first thing first is anti biotics for chest infection !!!

          But as for new goals yeah they are good and realistic, only trained for 3 years and 2011 was a wash out so need to take a step back, be easy to gain afterwards as I have genetics like Jay Cutler lol

              Good luck with 2012 mate, I'm guessing by the end of the week you will have had one if your 'reflective moments' and be putting up your intended cycle for the week after lol!

              Joking aside, consistency is key buddy and whatever you decide I think you really need to go with it this time and avoid the distractions of past. You know your stuff, roll with it and see what happens!

                Well all pct med have arrived, so will start the meds today, not training for a bit either as chest infection

                2500ui hcg eod for 8 shots
                ROHM caps for 30 days
                nolva 20mg from day 30 - 45
                Turbotest daa and zinc
                DHEA 25mg

                Was gonna use GHRP but sacked it off as want a total break from it all

                Let the fun begin :)

                  All the best with it dude. Hope the new year and the newjournal brings you some new luck too. The only thing I would suggest it's to try and remove the self inflicted stress and over analytical approach to what you do, take a small step back and enjoy it

                    bloods will be interesting, though i cant see there being much wrong adrenal wise, you are fairly lean, and carring some good weight and eat a decent amount of food.
                     
                    stay away from peptides such as ghrp etc, too much of an unknown, and you dont need them at this stage mate.
                     
                    i think once the chest infection is gone, and theres a strategy in place for the sleep apnea you will feel fine.  your going to feel crap, just from the sleep issue!

                      Well he didnt test Lipids as they were done 3 weeks ago with fasting glucose, lipids were 3.7 and hdl slightly low and ldl in normal range
                       
                      This test is for folic acid as been on 4 months of treatment, vitb12, ferrtin, full rbc/wbc, kidneys, liver etc

                          He wants to see all the other blood markers first, checking loads of stuff, but adrenals is a referal to an ENDO, my gp doesnt do full adrenals unless thru an endo

                              I see 3 GPs, the head one is for sleep apnea lol, the other one knows about my ped usage and we chat about training, diet and supps 
                               
                              I was truthful with him last time due to the sleep apnea, however he didnt mark it done and never mentions it again

                                I do have blood test results before I started training, I had test levels done then, I will have to find them but think test was like 9.7 ( which is low but falls into normal ) probably why first cycle I felt like a king lol

                                    Yeah October 2008 I joint the gym, did my PT course a year later, then May 2010 is when I decided to train like a Bodybuilder and get some mass, but 2011 was a wash out hence the break and refocus,
                                     
                                     
                                    Yeah stage will be there mate, I aim to do Leeds, prep would start early July :)

                                      Off to GP at 910am they wanted to see me 24 hours after blood, some slight abnormalities etc, will probably be hemocrit again I reckon
                                       
                                      Also a retest in testosterone levels, wonder is there super low or sky high lol
