Polite lol at those who backed Valuev.

Much prefer your hearty lols in the Premier League thread

I have enough LOLs to go around.

LOL. Lets face it you need them in that thread mate.
I can't recall what forum it was but I threw one little c.unt into a sentence and you'd have thought I'd bummed one of their grandmas

      Very happy with the result.

Glad the judges scored for meaningful punches.

Was quite worried that they were going to go with Valuev just for the sheer amount of punches he threw, even though they lacked conviction.

Ditto mate.  The right man won the fight.

Haye went out with the only style he could to win this one and sneaked it.  I thought the old German voting would screw him, although the fight must have been close.

            Thats Valuev finsihed now IMO.

Haye wont fight him again and why would anyone else save the nobody that is Ruiz, who Haye fights next and will destroy.

Valuev didn't even look like he cared after losing..

i thought the fight was pretty pants tbh, was getting worried that Haye was going to lose on points, he seemed quite confident he was winning from the start. Thats the kind of attitude you need though

Haye was looking like a champ.. Valuev just looked like some fcuking russian tourist when he came out, surprised he never had a bumbag around his waist

Strangely when thinking back to the fight to see if he did have a bumbag...I remember him as wearing his baseball cap. I know he didn't but check the memory banks and there it is. Pretty sure I will have added the bumbag by tomorrow. In fact I will see your bumbag and raise you a camera on a neck strap.

                      bigjack

To all the people saying haye on points - Are you stupid? For haye to get a points victory in germany he would have to literally beat valuev to a pulp, basically embarass him to give the judges no other option. You have to bear in mine Haye is going to be in germany, with judges picked by valuevs team, more chance of finding your first **** than haye winning on points. Imo i beleive what haye and adam booth are saying, he will chop away at him round by round and eventually the bigman will go down. 8th round ish imo.

Stupid is a bit harsh, differing opinions is what makes this fight a great fight to watch

I thought the pace would have been faster.

I thought Haye would have had to work harder.

I thought Haye would have been more positive.

I thought Haye would have gassed a bit.

I thought Haye would have had his chin tested at least once in 12 rounds.

                        I thought H...............ah fuk it.

wish haye did what he did in round 12 in say round 9 and went for the knock out, mainly because I had money on it.

Amazing, professional display by Haye...just watched it again. His movement was great. Valuev again proved to be sh1te, slow and one dimensional throwing that jab. At one point, he threw a punch and by the time his arm had completed it's cycle, Haye had ducked, then moved round the back of him!.
I really thought for his size, he would have landed at least one decent blow to Haye's face but there was nothing....just looked like he was searching in the dark!

Had he not fcuked his hand, Haye would IMO have Ko'd him

I wish real boxing was more like the rocky films. I find the vast majority of professional bouts these days crap. Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations or the old fights weren't actually as good as I remember them being.
