Daz Ball, MY WAY IN 2012

Hi peeps be a few weeks of not posting but needed some times with the family me becky and the kids had a great xmas and new year but now it all starts again. Last few years i have been working with different people and to be fair we have not seen the best of me so i am going back to what i know. i have been training i did 6 to 8 weeks of slow negatives and fast on the way up and a couple secs hold of the contaction it went very well and think am making little improvments to areas. Then for last 3 weeks i have been doing progressive giant sets and again its different but feel fitter and again no injurys and thats what i need this year good run and injury free. I now will run this for few more weeks before i change things over again. My bodyweight at min is a lean 256lbs so maybe put a few pounds on over upcoming months then bring down to this kind of weight for october but much much more condition. At the min i have been looking at some euro show at end of march to end of april they is 4 shows i fancy i will make mind up very soon if to do them. Now a big thanks to MY PROTEIN and really looking forward to working with them i think we will work very well together both have big ideas and both going to work hard to make them happen. Aswell james collier and muscle talk and one rep max its great to have agreat support team around me and we all will be pushing hard this year and i will be back on that stage back to my very best. Last thing thanks to Becky Alfie And Princess Ellie for just being in my life and giving my the will to want to push myself more and more, and all my family mam dad sisters and bros for all the help at gym and with shaving sorting food and again keeoing me on track. Oh yeah to all the support i get on MT and on Facebook it really helps me to want to keep getting better and getting my title back.

Looks like a brutal session! Am i seeing it right, 10 sets of 10 reps (100 reps total) for your last set and that's done as each exercise following the last with no rest in between? Hope 2012 is a good year for you too Daz, will be following with interest.

hi peeps been a few days since last post dont want to bore you all anywhere been good for training but my dad was ill on sunday he is a very fit man and someone i look upto and it upset me to see him feeling ill with chest pains. Anyone who nos me and my dad know we both dont like hospitals and he asked to go some i knew something was wrong. anyway after lots of test he was ok and docs not to sure what it was. Training wise been doing the same things and make sure it gets heart rate up we all need to think of our health and so many dont care what they do or take i think that is the wrong path to go and think and speak to guys like me who will be honest with you like i always say diet and supps main things in are sport then some hard training (not many do train hard). right up to today it was legs i will put all exercise in order and you know how it works now 1leg press 2rev curls 3hack squats 4abductors close 5leg curls 6squats 7abdutors open 8dumbbell stiff leg 9lunges 10leg press one leg high one leg low Then 4 sets heavy barbell stiff leg. Then 1 set revs leg curls 50reps into leg curls 50reps. Then i moved on to abs doing 5 exercise of 20reps on each then 1min rest which wasnt rest it was skipping for the min, Now chilling and getting ready to watch LIVERPOOL beat man city then its my birthday tomoz so have a good chest and back session for my birthday.

Daz you need to do it your own way. IMO you are never going to have the pretty physique, with the lines etc... So don't try and beat guys at there own game. Play your game! Be the big freak who has insaine hard condition and masses of muscle. It has served you well in the past. Good luck

Hows it going top lad, hope all well. Seen Darren train recently and he is intense and non-stop, this style of training may not suit everyone because its bloody tough!! Daz, is a man thats trained for a long while and conditioned himself to this style.. botttom line it works.. he looks great, seen him stripped down, best for long while, condition probaly get onstage within a month!! Heavy full too. Daz is top level at this sport and whatever he choose to do will make an IMPACT! Keep the posts coming fella...speak soon.
