200kg x 8 incline bench? That is ridiculous. You must be good for a 250kg single on the free weight bench.

Its all there! Just saw the posing clip of daz, its all there! Whatever you do guys, dont go searching for more mass before the british. Its there, if daz can turn up with that mass but obviously slightly better condition (even though hes in wicked condition, but i mean totally sliced for the brits) with same mass and simmilar shape then chances are he will win the overall for the pro card. Daz has a naturally wide waist but you guys have now got the balance right, anymore mass and itll tip it over the top again and the whole of last year (having a smaller and nicer shaped physique) will have been a total waste of time. Keep things in the balance, nice shape, natural mass and not way over the top...and daz suely will be pro! Looking brilliant. Very complete, much nicer shape and overall package compared with previous years. The type of overall package that wins the british!!!

Looking good Daz! I know this probably isnt the right place to ask but how much does it cost for a one off session at your gym? I live in Leicester but train in Loughborough and think I'm gunna need somewhere decent in Leicester to train once in a while whilst prepping for my show. I should pop into the gym to ask really I know but the tinternet is so much easier! lol Thanks

What a great week the weights are starting to feel lighter everyday some lifts i have done this week bench press 210kgs 8 reps, deadlifts 240kgs for 5 reps, ez curls 80kgs 10reps, ez skull crushers 90kgs 10reps, squarts 220kgs 10 reps, standing press 120kgs 7 reps standing side lats 30 kgs 10 reps. As u can see most lifts have gone up and i feel really good cant wait to see after the bodypower show what i will be doing. As for my body seems i lot fuller looking with lot more roundness to the muscle really really happy with how its going.

daz since you started training how proportionatley have your main lifts gone up? have you always just been good at bench? rough figures at bodyweight of around 90kg i can deadlift ~250x5 squat 250x5 but comparing those near lifts to yours my bench is around 140-150x5 I also understand your not trying to powerlift obviously but your bench amazes me compared to your other lifts.

Re:Daz Ball's Journal - Videos with James Llewellin page 9!

Question for Daz Ball, Hey there daz Before I start with my question I just want to say you look awesome and I wish you the best of luck with your upcoming shows. I was hoping you could clear a couple of things up for me. obviously theres a fine line between not working the muscles hard enough and over training them. I personally do drop sets on my last set of every exercise just to make sure I burn and feel a good pump after each workout. Do you think training in this way can prolong my gains and im slightly over doing it? Whats your views on drop sets in general?
