tough call today, but both zack and alvin were amazing.

Just read the report James, its great. Really lets people realise what actually goes into bodybuilding. I in some respects can appricate what happens on the last couple of days leading upto a contest. Having to deal with mind games, of am I looking ok or is my tan going to be good enough. Thankfully I have my girlfriend who helps me CALM DOWN during the last few days, hours.

I wish Daz every success and its true you get what you put into it and it sounds like Daz puts everything in to bodybuilding so the inevitable will happen.

Can I just say this, about Daz's posing routine/style:

do you really think the sheer size & freakiness of Daz suit an artistic posing routine with a soft music?

Don't you think he should have used a powerfull song & heat powerfull poses to display his physique?


IMO the way he has presented himself on stage didn't suit his physique...

Daz has awesome focus and dedication, and i totally believe that next year we will all see a new Daz Ball, bringing him to a new level that we havnt seen from him yet! That new package along with a tried and tested tan, i look forward to seeing!!
