glad your updating your journal again, really interesting post mate! 

i tried the DC training and got nothing but injuries, despite people saying it should give less injuries!  much prefer the volume approach that you take, have even stolen some of the routimes you have posted from time to time because they looked interesting!

          Thanks for the post mate sorry about the message the other day i have changed my thinkinh thats all that u need to find right amount of cals some people just eat miles to many if your body needs that amount fair play.
          I have had same thing with DC i need the volume to get my muscles nice and warm keep watching and some new photos on soon and some new training vids, like to say all the best to you for 2010 and look forward to seeing you in a show mate.
