Allo Daz was speaking to Toney today and he was saying how different (and better) your looking already glad you decided against the biggger=better approach definatley more volume more detail more shape should be a winner for you matey. Hope you keep moving in that direction and there'll be a few upset people at the brits! Also just wanted to say thanks for the bits of advice etc before the Leicester last year, training back at Loughborough now with Toney so not been at your place much...Hope Kev, Paul, Helder etc is training hard!! Cheers Mike

Hi everyone not been on since the photoshoot wud like to say thanks to james terry and the rest of team mt. since the shoot and just before start training with two new lads mike and his dad lesnak not sure on the spelling of his name they are polish. Lesnak is one to watch out for he will be doing the over 40s at the brits and this year i will be doing all his prep so he will be spot on. Training is going very well chest is about they so started moving the weights up but am doing lots of volume with for big muscle 30 to 40 sets and rep rang 12 to 15reps. For me this is a year am not looking to put more muscle on just mature the muscle i have and deepen the seperation between the muscles and happy with the way its going. This year will be about me and the only guy i will be helping is my training partner reason being i think i help to many so called friends to see them only when it comes to dieting when they want help. People can train where they like but i think the word is gratadue and friendship thats y u stay at someones gym nick was right what he said. I help people cus they my friends a dont ask for anything from them, OH yeah one more friend i will be helping and this guy helps keep team mt running well. and thats my friend LAMBO i love this guy and he puts his self out for me so much so time for me to return some of that and help him look the best he ever looked go show them all bro

Good to see you back posting Daz Yes, another one for Lambo - he does a lot of behind the scenes work for MT and my projects, including doing stuff for Daz when I don't get the time. It's great that Daz and him get on so well.

Hi everyone just to let you all no training is going really well and bodyweight is at 278lbs thats the heaviest i have been since the brits but i think the condition is the same but the muscle bellies rounder which is what i have been looking for. Am hitting a 6day week now sunday to friday with saturday just resting. MY SPLIT BACK CHEST ARMS LEGS BACK DELTS This split i for next 4 to 6 weeks and is to improve areas on my back rep range is 10 to 15 reps and always finishing each workout with a fst-7. I do my own style of fst-7 whch is only ia 10secs rest so a bit like a rest pause but after hitting all the heavy stuff a great way to get lots of blood into the muscles to help strech the fascia and that muscle to grow back bigger. Sunday was back session was Wide pulldowns 5 sets last set 130kgs for 10 good reps dumbbell 2 armed row 3 sets 30kgs 40kgs 50kgs again good form 10reps pullovers 3sets 40kgs 50kgs 70kgs 10reps close pulldowns 3sets 70kgs 90kgs 110kgs again good form 10reps u bar pulldown 3sets 70kgs 90kgs 110kgs 10reps u bar bit wider fst- 7 all with 65kgs 10reps all done with great form and good contraction 4sets hyper ex all 15reps all done with 15kgs plate.

Today i have been up to EVOLUTION gym to train back and to let who i wud class as uks number1 bodybuilder JOHN HODGSON to see what i need to work on over the upcoming months. We hit a hard heavy back session with as normal lots of volume. Then sat down had a chat and are postwork out drinks before i posed. The thing i like about john he puls no punchs he says it as it is. We went and posed and John was very happy with how am looking we choose the bodyparts and areas i need to work on and will be back upto EVOLUTION GYM in 3weeks to see john and let him have another look the reason for this john is going to be working with me as my eyes and helping me with my posing and things. One thing me and him are the same on its about giving a bit back to push uk bodybuilding to the next level and i thank him very much for putting his time out for me even as he will be getting ready for his own shows. What i will say to all is check out the gym and thats get behined john and all the other uk bodybuilders getting ready foryears shows.
