Today: Darren and I went down to the Ministry of Muscle gym in Kent to train and meet with James Llewellin. We trained chest, and has a good one too.

Nice to chat with James and Steve Winter, the owner (thanks Steve!).

Oh, and there'll be a lot more coming from the James L - Daz - James C trio together in coming months.........!!!!!

Well my first post on MT, so hello!
Daz - good shape, a balance between the bulk of 2007 and cuts of 2008.
You have that look of the muscle literally dripping off your legs, theres that much, but with some real seperation coming through. Did you take something for the photo shoot to bring the veins up (niacin etc)?

If you bring this package to the finals this year, you will certainly be setting a standard for the heavies.
Nice one, well done. And a smile for lots of poses, the whole healthy and bright look is more and more important.
