1 arm standing cable rear delts 20kgs 15reps 25kgs 15reps 30kgs 15reps

Front raises with a full twist so it finishs palms up superset with side lats all the way above the head 7.5kgs 10 and 10reps 10kgs 10and 10reps 12.5kgs 10and 10reps

I no my session are differnt with lots of reps but i want i deep burn into the muscle and they is not one way to do that it dont always have to be heavy work the reps and holding the contraction. Back tomoz again thats going to be a mix on the pulldown movements making sure i really work the contraction and on maybe a couple of rows hit some heavy stuff. The reason for this i want to bring much better x frame so bringing the waist in so keeping some stress off the midsection.
