Bad news.

I have just come off the phone from Daz Ball and he's torn his bicep today.  He was tidying weights up at his gym and it went.  He has had medical attention and he needs it operated on.

He will not be competing in this year's UKBFF British Finals.

He could post-pone the op, compete and have it done afterwards, but it will not heal so well and the sensible option which Neil Hill and I have advised him to do is to leave this year, heal and compete again next year.

Daz is gutted, as you can imagine.  I will keep you all posted this week.

That is the worst news EVER, Daz is soooo unlucky, every year is so close yet so far, i feel sorry for him. Knowing Daz i know how pissed off he must be but i also know he will be back bigger and stronger.

I wish him a quick rececovery
