31st december chest and biceps

hi everyone started my prep for 2009 hope you all enjoy just so you all know am not a normal trainer i like high reps lots of sets and a fast pace.

CHEST
                     Pec deck 4 sets 20 reps 45 secs rest
                     Bench press 4 sets 15 reps 45 sec rest
                     Incline dumbbell press into flyes so a super set 15 reps 
                     on each so 30 reps total 4 sets 30 sec rest
                     Decline flyes 4 sets 15 reps 30 sec rest
                     Cable crossover 1 set 100 reps


BICEPS      
                     Cable curls 5 sets 15 reps 30 sec rest
                      Incline dumbbell curls 4 sets 15 reps 30 sec rest
                      EZ curls 3 sets 15 reps 30 sec rest
                      Posing curls 4 sets 20 reps 30 sec rest


 take my post work out drink then home to rest and eat.

Daz, when did you start training like this and what made you switch from let's say a more conventional routine?

What sort of weights do you shift Daz?

Lots of volume/short rest so I would expect weight to be low.

iirc you used to train twice a dy, is this not the case anymore?
i cant do that, i'll just tell it to her like it is once i think of a way to break it to her nicely

hi mate been doing this on off for two years its the best way for me to add good muscle try it out dont worry about weights just go for punp and keep rest time down. Good luck

hi mate i dont worry about weight mine is about making more muscle and i dont beleve in heavy to make more muscle  try more on good reps we are bodybuilders not powerlifting good luck mate

today workout 6th jan 


Chest 
                              Pec Deck 4 Sets 20 reps pose in the middle
                            
                              1 big set  starting with incline press,
                              incline flyes, dumbbell press, chest press,
                              pec deck, bench press 4 sets 10 reps on each 
                              1 min rest between sets 
                              Then to finish 4 sets infcline press going up little bit 
                              each time 45sec rest betweenj set


Arms
                             Seated dumbbells into Hammer curls 4sets
                             preacher culs 4 sets 15reps
                             barbell curls 4 sets 15 reps
                             cable curls 1 set 100 reps 

finished up with 6 sets abs 15 mins walking and 10 mins posing then home to rest and eat and sort my little girls party out she is 4 in 6days 4 going on 14. She is having a party and they is lots of boys coming its started already i have told her no boyfriends till she is at least 24. You will see ellie if you watch me guest pose she comes on stage and hits a few shots anyway got to go and grow now speak soon.

Ello people, Daz got me doing his '20 reps and squeeze for 3 seconds' today. He has persuaded me to try it for a month, so I will and see how it goes. Might I add he still got me to do it half hour after finishing chest, no rest for wicked in our gym im afraid!  FZRBANDIT (Si)
