2 more 12 hours days out of the way ,but my legs have been killing me all day today at work ,shot pain being one in my left leg and i trained legs Tuesday nothing to mad just did this.

But after being my feet all day things got very hard and its nice to be home and put my feet up.
So its a day off the gym today and i will hit the gym some time tomorrow.
I still feel i am getting leaner but still neeed to get some things spot on ,mainly posing and as it looks like i will not get time to see James L face to face as i only have one car atm,but i will stick with it and do my best.
I think i will come in alot heaver at this show as at the last one in April this year i was 80.9kgs and i am 90kgs now and 25 days out so i hope to come in 3kgs plus more then the last show and this means i have put on 2kgs + in 6 months which is unreal in my eyes.
So am i doing something right this time round or have been doing something wroung in gaining lean mass?
