Dbol cycle advice

I am just about to start my first cycle. I have:
 
150 dbol 10mg tablets
30 nolvadex 10mg tablets
30 clomid 50mg tablets
 
Is this the best way to take them?  As this is how i have been advised to use them but im not too sure if this is the most effective way?
 
wk1   30mg dbol per day
wk2   30mg dbol per day
wk3   40mg dbol/10mg nolvadex per day
wk4   40mg dbol/10mg nolvadex per day
wk5   40mg dbol/10mg nolvadex per day
wk6   30mg dbol/10 mg nolvadex per day
wk7   50mg clomid per day
wk8   50mg colid per day
 
Is there ay benefit from using nolvadex mid cycle?
Should i use more than 50mg clomid per day in wks 7 and 8?

Just replied to the same question or similar mate.....
 
Hi mate, just pick a dose for the D-bol to run and run it straight through at that dose, don't taper up or down, so either 30mg/day for 6 weeks or 40mg/day for 6 weeks from day 1.
Keep the Nolvadex on hand incase you get symptoms of gyno, usually tenderness of the nipples, then start dosing at 20mg/day for the remainder of the cycle from then, if you get no symptoms, then save the Nolva for another day or PCT mate.
Start PCT the day after your final D-bol admin.

For PCT I would either run Clomid at 100mg/day for 1 week then 2 weeks at 50mg/day OR Clomid and Nolvadex combined with Clomid at 50mg/day and Nolva 20mg/day for 3 weeks.

I think im going with the clomid for pct 1st wk 100mg per day then 2nd and 3rd wk 50mg per day and i'll just keep a hold of the nolvadex.
