Hi
 
I'm starting my first ever cycle of dbol soon and was looking for a bit of advice on do's and dont's.
 
I've done as much reading as i can on it and was wondering if anyone on here has any advice for me .
 
Any Advice would be much appreciated

      6 week cycle, 25 mg a day.

        first bit of advice would b up that to 40mg a day ! 
        next would b drink load of water and keep your diet as clean as poss to avoid bload

        (lol i cant talk though im dbol at mo as part of my cycle and i went to frankies and bennies last night and yes i did have desert)

          When you say clean, do you mean as little carbs/fat as possible ?

          Also what about booze ? do i need to cut it out completly or is a few Vodka Oj's ok on a sat night ?

            no i mean clean as in complex carbs only no simple carbs .. think you need to go check out diet section ! are you cutting or bulking !! if your bulking your gonna need loads of carbs ! but good complex carbs if your cutting your still gonna need them in morning n post work out but lower them ever where else.. i tend to keep good fats at about 70gram a day if im bulking or cutting ! 

            AND BOOZE ON ORALS IS A BIG NO NO !!!!!  you can do your liver real harm !!!! 

            iv just posted up my journal of my first week on cycle is got a  average days diet for me in there and im currently on a bulking cycle ! have a look 

            but i think you really need to do some more research if your asking if you can drink while on dbol !!

              Thanks mate,

              Gonna be bulking. I've been lifting for a few years so i know what to diet on and stuff. I was just wondering wether it was any differnet for due to the dbol really. like i said this is my introduction to Steroids and am in relative darkness.

              Think your right about the need for more research !

              I've not looked into it hard enough so i'm gonna hold off on it till i'm a little wiser on the subject.

                always a good plan these are hard core meds you want to know everything about them before you go putting them in you body, 
                only thing with diet is when training naturaly you up your cals by about 500 when training with A/S you should b looking to up them by atleast 1000cals ! 

                good luck! and you will love dbol when you do start iv put on 5ibs in one week on it!

                  Gonna defo do a week or two more research then go for it, i'll keep a journal on here i think, just for advice and stuff.

                    25mg is fine.

                    40mg is not a good beginner dose.

                    30mg tops.

                      Ok one last bit of help and i'll be sound to start.

                      I'm taking  whey, creatine mono, trib testiris, and bcaa's, should i continue with these when on the cycle
