Big lifts there - whats your body weight? You dont look huge in your vids (no 'powerlifter gut', lol!) you look like you've got more of a BBer shape than the stocky PLer shaper 102kg mate. Far from looking like a BBer though, more athletic look I suppose. I'm 6'1" ish so to look big I think I'd need to be touching 120kg.

What you planning for Xmas mate, 315kg? I'm hoping for 320kg belt only if I hit all the reps on this Ortmayer routine, hopefully 340kg in the suit.

EqX, chocs are courtesy of Pagan Tony paid for the 300k+in weight , multiple bars , power rack, 4 atlas stones , 2 logs , farmers walk handles , yoke , prowler sledge, filled barrel, sandbag, tyres and lots of chalk and tacky. He lets me use all this for free so I thought it only good and proper that I paid him back in full ...........by nicking two wooden chocs from work.
No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4

out of interest, do you pay much attention to alternating your grip? None what so ever. Right hand under, left hand over every time.
