Krisby Very strong lifts mate....and is that a Polar Bear in your kitchen?? :) Yes - after lifting 1/3rd of a ton off the floor for fun, Tony likes to relax with a little light polar-bear wrestling...... Nice smooth 300 there Tony, and the 310 went up with a struggle - whats your PB on the deadlift ATM, and whats your goal?

Awesome Tony. I've only just started deadlifting and love your videos. Have a way to go before I even get to 200 yet, never mind 300. By the way, this is the first time I've heard mention of the 'rolling technique'. Would someone mind explaining it to me. Thanks, and keep posting these vids.
You did gain far too much fat though,I mean, you're not muscular at all, you're just a fat mess.

T0ny one day please do some lifting with led or xmas light on and really in the dark. You'd end up with people ringing the police and reporting UFOs
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Nice smooth 300 there Tony, and the 310 went up with a struggle - whats your PB on the deadlift ATM, and whats your goal? PB is 312.5. I pulled 320 earlier in the year but had to hitch it up. Goal is 320 to IPF standard by end of year then after that **** nows. Think Scruffys taken care of the rolling issue.

You dont look huge in your vids (no 'powerlifter gut', lol!) you look like you've got more of a BBer shape than the stocky PLer shaper

Cracking work Tony, as ever. I'm keen to know what your DL PB is ATM too. TR - the roll technique is much popularised by awesome Nordic strongman and DL legend Benedikt Magnússon. Here's a rather more exaggerated approach up to the bar but less pronounced 'Benni Roll'
" Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." Mark Twain
