Deca+Test PCT Help!!!

I'm About to enter my second Cycle and i'm going to run:
 
1-10 Deca 400Mg/W
1-12 Test E 250Mg/W (Just to keep the fella Standing)
11-12 HCG 500 IU ED
15-18 Clomid @2 weeks 100Mg 2 weeks 50Mg
15-18 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
 
Thinking about taking Arimidex 1-12 0.5 Mg ED but not sure...
 
I wanted to ask if the PCT administration looks ok?
should i start it 3 weeks after the last deca shot, or should i start it 2 weeks after the test E shot like i wrote?
i just read Bigfella& Partyboy's article about PCT, so it would be great if one of you would respond here...
i know that deca is shutting you down hard, so i wanted to know if this pct and HCG regime is ok for a full recovery...
Does a Full recovery (including sex drive) from deca is possible?
Last Question, is the Arimidex a Must? or i can skip it?
 
I'm not a bodybuilder, but a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competitor, so i dont want to go up in the doses if any of you are going to suggest it...Just using the gear for extra Strength, Recovery, And joint pain relief...

pct looks good ...........BUT
but as rule you should use more test than deca, I know not what you want to hear but more deca to test ratio just gonna shut you down harder and make recovery harder either up your dosage of test or lower your dosage of deca, 
would suggest aromasin at 12.5mg over adex as better with deca and you can use it through out pct at 25mg and its not hindered by nolva and can actually increase test production 60%more than just nolva alone!

Run the Test for 12 weeks and the Deca for 11 weeks. Start PCT 2 weeks after the last Test shot. Also, run HCG throughout the cycle at 500 - 1000iu EW to avoid b0ll0ck shrinkage in the first place- better to prevent than cure...... Also I'd take 100mg Nolva on day 1, 60mg ed for the next week, 40mg for the week after, and 20mg for the final week. Clomid looks fine... Also, agree with above that the Test should be at least equal to, or preferably higher than the Deca dosage... I'd also run either Proviron, Adex or Aramosin throughout as Deca causes me serious bloat...

Just read you're not a BBer, but a martial artist. Are you sure Deca is the right choice for you....? Deca killed my cardio.... I'd look at something like this:

8wks Test Prop - 100mg EOD
8 Wks Tren A - 75mg EOD.

agree with above deca not your best choice med for your purpose ! if you have it all ready run it but with more test if you dont do some research and think about somthing else!

I know many people who have run 1:1 without problem.

not saying it cant be done or shouldnt be done; but alot of people suffer from deca dick, id say more people do than dont so the safe option is to run more test than deca! 

Well first of all about HCG, I wanted originally to use it in the last 4 weeks of the cycle @ 500IU/Week.

After i read Bigfella's article about PCT i decided to try the 500IU/ED for 2 weeks... what is better? i'm not sure.

about Aromasin-Is it better then Arimidex (had no problems with arimidex before, but this is the first time i use Deca)? if so 12.5 MG during the cycle and 25MG during PCT is good doses (for the aromasin)?

about the test dose. i know that the "higher test then deca dose" is popular, but from what i was told, Deca shuts down your endogenous test production, so as long as you give it enough exogenous test (even 250 Mg) it still keep things working... coz the deca does not affect the test that you are injecting...correct me if i'm wrong.

and BTW, a Full recovery from deca is possible?
it's important for me to know...dont want to lose my sex drive/natural test levels permanently...  

full recovery from deca is possible! dont worry about that as long as your pct is good and you have enough time of between cycles! 
I would say with cycle involving deca aromasin is better choice over adex 12.5mg ed while on cycle and 25mg a day during pct is correct!proviron is another option for you, thinking about it may be a good one as it will help keep more free form test flowing around you system! 
no deca does not effect the test you are injecting. it effects the production of natural test! so as long as you do have some test in your system sex drive should keep working but to what degree depends on the person!  
HCG iv never used my self so il leave that for another more experienced member to answer for you 

Since I started including hCG at 750iu e/w in my cycles I've never had a problem recovering, even from long heavy Test/Tren cycles... And please correct me if I'm wrong, but Bigfella wrote that article sometime ago and I believe he is now an advocate of running it at 500iu - 1000iu e/w from the start of the cycle...? Why try and regrow your nad's when you can stop them shrinking in the first place...?

So what you are saying is that i should run HCG right from the start of the cycle@ 500-1000 IU/Week but for how long? for 4 weeks only? or from the start untill the end of the cycle (12 weeks in my case)?
should i also run it in the PCT or only in the cycle itself?

should i split the shots during the week? (2 shots is ok?)

Take your first shot 7 days into the cycle, and your last shot 7 days before PCT begins, and run right through the cycle...On 750iu ew my nad's dont shrink at all... 1 shot per week is fine...
