After a disappointing season and a lack of direction for women's bodybuilding in the UK - I have been given an opportunity not to be missed..... an invitation to compete at the NAC World Championships in Kazan, Russia on June 2nd 2012.
I have the full support of my sponsor and will be working with Karen Marillier on this very exciting 'project'
I am leaner than I have ever been in the 'off season' I am still dropping a little more weight before Xmas down to about 80-81kg and hope to capitalise on this when preparing for the Worlds.....

I like that the NAC are remaining true to the women's physique class and will be competing in a lineup where women are not penalised for their size and condition but are rewarded for it.

No well behaved woman ever made history.

Yes, I have heard alot of good things about the NAC - I notice from your Avi that you have competed with the NAC. How did you find your experience with this federation?

very good , competed with them 3 times and watched a few other NAC shows, judging always seemed good and shows run very well.

Gosh haven't been in this thread for a while.... Thanks for all the best wishes. Its full on now for the NAC Worlds now that the festive season is well and truly over.
