The hard drive is faulty on it. Where is the best place to get a replacement hard drive? I heard you can get a 'replicate' Dell hard drives?? because I have noticed te pins on the Dell hard drive are considerbly different to 'normal' hard drives.

id guess its a old IDE PATA drive as SL said the pins are different to the 'normal' drives, SATA is pretty much the standard HDD format these days , are the connecting cables quite wide ribbon cable? or are they thin normal looking cable ? easiest way of seeing which
