    I didnt say a counseller can prescribe, I said they advise the GP.
    I think you'll find only if your seriously depressed they do that, slap you on meds right away. If your at the early stages, they send you to therapy first. Dont know about waiting lists. Unless you go private?



    hey man, sorry but im going to have to disagree (im not trying to come across a **** here by the way). Ive had numerous trips to the doctors for depression/ocd/anxiety... everytime i have been given some AWFULL advice and handed some mind altering drug, without any real info on what it is or can do. The health care system for people with mental health problems is pretty bad. I gave up on waiting for counseling because the lists are so long. I ended up paying for private treatment. Funnily enough in the end the gym has helped me more than any drug or doctor :).

      Just brushing over the posts there is some good veiws and help on here and ways to help.
      My veiw is at 40 (ouch) lol , and seeing lots of out comes from it use in poeple and friends , gear can take you down many roads in your veiw on life to a point i know of  two friend who have moved there veiws on there lifes to which have gone off with a younger woman .
       
      IMO you need to talk and be open with how you feel ,i have been lucky to have good gym buddys to train and work with.
      And looking good = feels good in my book.
      But coming off test can have its come downs with the use of PCT ,so keep this in mind .
