Cheers Ed

I started running again last week and got out a couple of times. Not run for a while but managed 4.2km on the first night and 5.4km on the second. Hoping to add a little more each time I head out.

Went a bit overboard on my cheat meal yesterday. BK XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger, Fries, Fanta, Onion Rings and Chilli Cheese bites

I on the other hand only had a whopper JR with cheese meal

Although this weekend has turned into a bit of a cheat weekend rather than a cheat meal :/

Maybe for you

I refused ice cream and fizzy drinks today and stuck to bottles of water.

Well, here we are at the end. I wouldn't call it a Desmo Disaster but it's certainly not gone as well as planned due to outside influences. Diet has been pretty good 95% of the time, but the training and cardio have really suffered. Still, I'm happy to see I've made "some" progress.

Weight has dropped down to 10st 8.5lb which is without a doubt the lightest I've been in my adult life.

So, here's the pics...

Cheers Fi

I'm pleased with the changes but just wish I could have given it a better shot. Maybe some other time

I think you and the Mrs (just seen her pics) have done very well and should be pleased and proud with what you have achieved

Thanks for the comments guys

Think it's time for a bit of a bulk now. Things are starting to settle around here a little now so I might be able to get a bit of consistency back again.
