Before pics were a pain in the ass as I broke my camera on new years eve so had to make do with webcam and it wouldn't focus on my tv, its the results for the FA Cup 3rd Round so please trust me haha.
 
Goal is to lean out, want to get close to  90kg if i can, had 3 months off training and put on way to much chubb.
 
Start Weight; 99.8KG
Height: 5ft 7in
BF%: North of 25 (will try and get this later in the week)
Measurements: (again will get this week)
Assited: (not at present, considering tren in feb but will update if I end up doing it or not)

    Diet below, cycling calories, enlisted help of a very good PT i know and he's knocked this up for me, stunned at the level of carbs i can have however i trust the guy so gonna go with it.
     
    Meal 1
    Food    Calories                            1800                     2200  (meal 3 included for this calorie level)
    Meal 1 8.00 Oatmeal                    1 cup                    
    Whey Protein Powder               2 scoops               
    Peanut Butter                        1 tablespoon            
       
    Meal 2   12 PM
    Chicken or Fish                          250g
    Brown or Long Grain White Rice  (raw weight)  1/2 cup
    Green or Mixed Salad  (with non-fat dressing) 1 Cup

                                                                                             Meal 3  4.30PM
                                                                                             Protein powder 2 Scoops
                                                                                             Banana (medium size)
                                                                                             Milk
     
    Meal 4  7PM
    Chicken or Fish  250g
    Potato or Sweet Potato (cooked weight)  350g
    Green vegetable (raw or cooked)  1 Cup
     
    Note : Alternate between 1800 and 2000.
     
    Supplements :
    Vitamin/mineral - 6 grams of fish oil per day
    Vit D – 2,000 I.U / day
     
    NO NEED for anything else!

        Training wise i'm doing MMA 3 x a week and weights 2 x a week with the occasional game of football thrown in for good measure

            well thats a bit of annoying start, felt i tweaked my shoulder at MMA last night, woke up about 4am to my rotar cuff killing me! Not sure what to do with it, will see how it feel tomorrow but on pain killers atm.

                diet is going well, ran it in last week as well to try and work out a few variations to keep it from getting too boring and i think i'm dropping water over the last few days and im peeing like a racehorse.
                 
                Supposed to be on weights today but was a non starter due to the rotar cuff

                  well just 30 mins steady state cardio tonight thanks to the rotar cuff injury, even the x trianer hurt a bit. Diet is going ok though

                          a little better today, still a little sore but hopefully be ok in a week, might have to swap MMA training for strength and conditioning for a few weeks till i feel its good enough for Jiu Jitsu. Very annoying as I knew doing MMA 3 times a week would go a long way with my goals as its pretty much circuits for an hour.

                            diet fail yesterday but not the end of the world, happy I made strength and conditioning today and had a good session, gonna keep doing that in place of MMA whilst i wait for my shoulder to get fully better
