Diet below, cycling calories, enlisted help of a very good PT i know and he's knocked this up for me, stunned at the level of carbs i can have however i trust the guy so gonna go with it.

Meal 1 8.00 Oatmeal 1 cup
Whey Protein Powder 2 scoops
Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon
Meal 2 12 PM
Chicken or Fish 250g
Brown or Long Grain White Rice (raw weight) 1/2 cup
Green or Mixed Salad (with non-fat dressing) 1 Cup
Meal 3 4.30PM
Protein powder 2 Scoops
Banana (medium size)
Milk
Meal 4 7PM
Chicken or Fish 250g
Potato or Sweet Potato (cooked weight) 350g
Green vegetable (raw or cooked) 1 Cup
Note : Alternate between 1800 and 2000. Supplements : Vitamin/mineral - 6 grams of fish oil per day
Vit D – 2,000 I.U / day
