I am trying to get to 13 stone by the end of april/may. I currently lost alb after food poisoning but I am trying to nail my diet and supplements to get to 13 stone. Currently weighing 11 stone 4lb. 10am - 4 Weetabix & Strawberry, Banana, Nut Smoothie (homemade) 10.30 - 30g Whey Protein 12 - Tuna & Cous Cous 2 - Tuna & Wholewheat Noodles & Mixed Veg Pre Workout (3) - 5g Creatine & Jacked. Post Workout - 30g Whey Protein 5 - Main Meal (varies) usually contains around 40g protein 60g carbs with veg. 7 - Maximuscle Progain Bar 9 - Protein Blended Shake This is basically what I have been eating past week, do you think I will need to add stuff in order to get to my goal?

I've only been training for a little over a year so feel free to discount my advice. 1. I believe 3/4 months is not long enough to gain over a stone and a half in quality mass. In order to achieve this you would require a large calorie surplus and only achieve gaining mostly excess fat. Look for 13 stone in a year maybe. This is not a sprint. 2. I think the general consensus is that it is most beneficial to use creatine post w/o. So I'd stick that in your post rather than preworkout supplementation. 3. Maybe swap your final meal to cottage cheese or quark rather than a 3rd shake. Also if you could include serving sizes or the macronutrients that would be useful to consider whether this diet is sufficient.

Lot of carbs in there mate. Why not add a few hundred grams of peanut butter in, instead of all the carbs. That'll be 1000 extra calories with 50 odd grams of protein. And drop the noodles etc. What's the total Cals and protein roughly??

thats not nearly enough food or carbs. if you are trying to gain alot of wieght that fast you will gain somebody fat with it because of the carbs and cals you are taking in. but you can loose that with changing your diet when its time. i suggest you get a weight gainer shake for your protien shakes. something with alot of cals, carbs and protien. 10am weight gainer shake with banana. 12pm 4 eggs, whole wheat toast. 2pm chicken breast, whole wheat noodle, veg. 4pm a peanut butter whole wheat sandwhich or a shake and pack of oatmeal. something good but that will fuel you for your workout. 5pm workout ..drink jacked before post workout..chicken brest with potatoe and veg 9pm cottage cheese and shake or something with good carbs and protien. 8 hours without food is along time so dont be scared to get something in ur stomach.
