Apologies for the "same old..." sort of question - Can I just get some quick feedback on the below diet? I'm 6ft, 12 stone, relatively slim at the moment (long gym break, lost all gains). Have tweaked the diet the last few weeks and from memory I thought this was there or there abouts for adding some bulk? Cheers in advance everyone. 8am Shake - 2 x Weetabix, milk, 1.5 scoops of Cyclone, 2 x eggs, 2 spoons of peanut butter, 1 x banana 1 x Flax seed tablet 1 x Fruit 11am 130g of chicken with a large mixed salad Yoghurt 1pm Gym 1.5 scoops of Cyclone in water after workout 3pm 1 x chicken breast in wholemeal pitta bread 1 x Fruit 7pm 3 egg Choritzo Omelette or Pork stir-fry or White fish and rice or Roast chicken and veg, etc. Yoghurt 1 x Flax seed tablet Piece of dark chocolate 10pm Rice crackers & half a tub of cottage cheese

Looks ok to me, see how you go and monitor progress after 2-3 weeks.
