Ive seen it said a few times before, you can have a shake everyday, not just training days. To loose weight you will need to eat less per meal but more meals per day. Also try cardio first thing before eating if possible, its hard to begin with but seems to get better. If this week is anything to go by atleast! Im no expert and will be interested to see what others have to say, im still learning myself hehe. Good luck!
