Diet advice please

Hi people i just wanted a little advice regarding my diet plan... 4 months ago i was 16.5 stone now im down to 14 stone or there abouts... My carbs have been extremley low since and i was wondering how much is to much when it comes to cabrs. I want to be lean as possible before the end of the july. It seems to be going well on my current meal plan. Have dropped 5 inches off my waste and i can see my abs to a good standard, however i seem to be loosing my strengh and muscle size. please can you offer me some help... my current plans is as follows meal plan... 6.30am - 40g oatmeal with water, 6 egg whites and 2 (holland and barrat flax seed oil tabs) 9.30am - brocalli, green beans, spinich, turkey or chicken breast and 1 peace of fruit. 12.30 - 1 large red apple, chicken or turkey breast, brocali, egg whites. 3.30 - egg whites, chicken or turkey breast, carrots, brocali, green beans 5.30 - (pre workout) 40g brown rice, tin of tuna and a half bannana. 7pm weight training and abs, plus 1 hour on treadmill covering 11k roughly (4 to 5 times a week) post work out protein shake "muscle milk" plus half a bannana. 10.30pm - brocalli, spinach, turkey breast or chicken plus egg whites and mug of green tea. bed... i intake roughly 400g of turkey or chicken breast per day. As well as 15 egg whites per day. Also have nuts every few days but try to limit my nut intake as i know they are extremeley high in calories and have trouble limiting my portion sizes as im addictied to the things lol. how can i take my body to the next level? are there any major tweeks i can do to my diet to drop even more fat and gain more muscle? thanks leo

do you know roughly what bodyfat level you are at the mo @ 14 stone? Do you have an active job? Are you including carb refeed days and or cheat meals? In my experience it will be hard to gain muscle on this diet (depending on training history of course). And on consistantly low levels of carbs over what 4 months? im not suprised your losing strength im guessing energy levels must be flagging in the gym.

yeah i bought some calipers from a company called accu measure and the reading comes in at 6% on average. no my job is not active at all i spend most of the day in the office so not active at all. can honestly say i have never had a carb refeed day or a cheat meal in 4 months or so. I'm scared of eating carbs to high heaven as i dont want no body fat being deposited in the slightest. had 3 oatcakes through out the day with my meals and 40g brown rice pre workout. Had a blindin back workout i trained extremeley heavy and got a great pump. Then finished with an hours cardio.
