Diet guys if u could have a look.

Right getting ready for the new course, here is how diet is gunna look on a lean bulk. currently 6ft 1, 16st 10, 29yr let me no if there is anything to add or take out, have not put all weights in but will always be on the top side. more of a person that looks, rather than scales everyday, i suffer more from putting on weight than ever trying to put it on if u get me. 7am 200g porridge , mixed fruit , orange juice protein shake/ +sat -sun eggs wholemeal bread 10am 150g tuna, banana 12noon 250g chicken 200g cous cous, shed loads of mixed veg 3pm 250g chicken 200g cous cous, pear, banana 5.30pm train protein shake 7pm steak or fish potatoes loads of veg 9pm fruit 10pm ryvitta cottage cheese thanks

with your 10am meal add mixed nuts almonds.walnuts and get sum olive oil on your lunch and may be a bio yorgurt get some fast carbs wit your pwo shake

gavin882 with your 10am meal add mixed nuts almonds.walnuts and get sum olive oil on your lunch and may be a bio yorgurt get some fast carbs wit your pwo shake Thanks gavin, not a fan of nuts at all, use triple omega 3,6,9 capsules which i forgot to mention, what could i substitute the nuts for? will add a flapjack pre workout, have never really took anything pre workout which is a bit silly.

maybe change the banana for an avercardo good fats and b vits i think you you'd be ok before weights as you got a good meal 2 hours before i dont take pre wok outs either the 7pm meals good jus make sure its a good size with the 9pm fruit you could hav it with your pwo meal you do want summt after pwo meal in between bed time tho i ain an expert tho mate

Wouldn't even worry about good fats mate just cook with olive oil sometimes I would worry about more carbs/veg and more meats in your diet

if you're looking to lean bulk then worry about fats, they are essential hence the term EFA's. you could look to add olives, olive oil, avocados, oily fish, oil blends like UDO's, nut butters such as peanut or almond. There's plenty of different sources for healthy fats and you need them in your diet. For a start they will ehlp with hunger and will be even better if you lower carbs on non-training days, this will help you keep a check on bodyfat and i think you would be beter served going for that approach.

lawrence 82 cLaTTeReD no fat sources at all i would post it up in the diet section, looks pretty poor all round to me Would you like to suggest how i might be able to improve it all round pal? sorry i read my comment and i didnt mean to sound like a tit lol add in some nuts, avacado, oily fish, coconut oil, flax for omega fats, this will help with fat metabolism i have just bought some udo's oil but too early to know if its any good keep your carb portions small if you put weight on easy
