i've heard many terms while reading on this forum such as blasting, cruising & tapering course.. could anyone explain the differences in how these courses are ran?
 
Blasting - higher mg's of steroids for short periods of time? (6 weeker?)
Cruising - an affective amount of steroid for an acceptable abount of time? (12weeker?)
Tapering - Starting off low mg's, building it to a higher amount of mg's or adding other steroids in then tapering back down again? (1 year?)
 
How do you run your course? Have you tried different ways & if so which was the most affective in terms of gains for you?

I usually run 12 week courses & i have done 4 courses now. Always started with a double dose for the 1st injection and then ran at the same for the rest of my 12 week cycle.
I look forward to our debate & answers given!

    There isn't really a debate to have on the subject fella as everybody's aims are different and will bring different approach.
    In my experience it's how one reacts to the differing compounds sides/gains/aims that will determine how one uses AAS and the amount of time spent on.
    Some people will just do a standard course between 10-20 weeks then follow PCT protocol and stay of for the same amount of time.
    Blasting & cruising is usually used for people getting ready for a competition/event and would consist of 10-12 weeks blast followed by a 4-5 week cruise period,during the blast differing compounds would be used and in the cruise period a dose of test (250mg) would be used every 10/14days,your not really coming off when using this method,just swapping different compounds each blast,using serums/A.I.s/HCG when needed or throughout.
    Tapering is pretty self explanatory,people would just taper doses towards end of cycle to make recovery/PCT easier.
