Cheers dude, I'm hoping by the end of the month I'll be fighting fit. Got to say tho, the way things are going I'm not in as much of a rush as I would usually be

Have had to bail on todays OHP session.

Little 'un had a terrible night, been to the docs and he has a virus but could turn to tonsilitis (which is never fun) so I'm at home watching him until my Mrs gets back so I can go to work.... at least I should be fresh for DLs tomorrow

Looks likes I might be heading off to collect 3 cats tho. Got fed up with everyone being unrealistic about the type of dog we could own and moaning at me when I was the only one researching it so we decided on cat. I said I didn't mind getting 2 and now a lady up the road is selling 3 (all 6-12 months) as she has lost her job and I've caved.

Got a new camera for my birthday so once it's all working and I've set the comp up expect many a cute pic to follow (not only of me in training but maybe the cats too)

                            3 cats! Sweet!

Why not go to a dog sheltter for one? They'd advice on what was an appropriate dog etc etc!

MrM: yes it does, I have a 4gb card so it takes 30mins video I think. It's a Samsung PL50, quite a tidy little camera for a technophobe like me.

Iain: thought about it but with a 4y/o it's hard to find a shelter dog that's suitable. Plus the Mrs was being very picky about the dog type. Ultimately the fact that there is about 6hrs between me leaving and her getting home, and then she's in bed 2 hrs after that, I figured it would never be a great situation for the dog. Maybe a few years on perhaps when our hours and home life switches up a bit.

no.13: we've always had cats before, well ONE cat at a time anyway, so I had no problem deciding on a couple of cats. We'll see if the 3 aren't too ambitious. Zach kept saying thank you but he's rough as old boots today

They only wanted £40 for the 3 but the young girl was in bits bless her and they threw in food, basket etc so I gave her £60. Need to get them neutered tho. When I left 2 were under the bookshelf and one was behind the computer - I hope they come out eventually LOL. They live 5 mins up the road and she'd put others off as we were willing to keep all 3 together. I think she was also swayed by our proximity as she asked if she could come by and see them occassionally...... NO!!! It's better that you have no contact, it's only right

Got home last night to find all our photos knocked off the shelves but all 3 cats where hiding behind the cupboard. 1 has been notably more adventurous (the youngest) and the other 2 have been out and about today, my mrs has even managed to put collars on them all.

Zach's still rough, more so at night so another bad one last night, ended out oversleeping this morning but still managed a quick back session...

                                    BACK

Deadlift: 5x70, 3x90, 2x 130, 1x170, 1x190, 2x200, then 10x110 explosive w/2mins or so rest..... it's this 200 that really lets me know about my leg, still not too bad tho
LPD87.5x12, 11, 11 w/90 or so secs rest..... Lat pull being used so did some chins, thought I'd bomb but did 12, 11, 10 and a bit reps with 90 secs rest. Pleasantly suprised.
Seated Hammer Row: 95x 8, 8, 8 w/90 secs rest..... upped the weight and just went for 8, still tough work actually but strict and good.
Pullover (LPD bar): 65 for 4+3 sets of 12+11 reps w/30 secs rest..... managed on extra set on 12 rather than 11, but nothing special here.

Usual roller and stretch to close.
