We are now Tuesday and my day has gone like this


Tuesday 
8.15 4 x egg whites ,

9.30 35 min handcycle steady

10.30 chicken and veg

1.30 3 egg whites and 1/2 tin beans

5.30 chicken with potato

7.15 10g bcaa

7.30 chest 
flat bench 
2 x 20 55kg
Incline bench
2x 20 55kg
Flat dumbells 
2x20 25kg
Incline dumbells 
2x20 22.5kg
Flys 
3x20 15kg
Triceps 
5 exercises 20 reps min and 2 sets of each , I will list next time 
After my 2 days off its bin hard to get back in2 it

    I'm feel im slacking a bit but training as much as poss diet I still ok I think , please guys ur input and support is appreciated

    9am Rowing 35 mins steady
    And some rc work and bent Over lat raises

    11am chicken , potatoes 

    2pm tuna and small jacket potato

    5.45 chicken and potatoes

      I'm away a lot from home at the mo so not getting the weights in as much as I'd like, still it's so much better thn it was before I started my journal and I'm improving

            Just had a read through your journal, very inspirational, and great commitment to your diet and training. I hear you about not getting in the weights as much as you'd like, sometimes life gets in the way, but it soon gets back to normal, and it always fires you up more once you get back to it! Keep up the good work, il be following this :)

              1.15 weight for 1 hour 

              2.30 whey in water 

              5pm  chicken onions , mushrooms and 1/5 jar of weightwatchers tikka

              Its now 8.45 and im eating steak ,jacket and spinach 
              Was starving , out playing snooker with mates there all drinking I kept my hands of the booze lol

                                  6.15 went out for food for our anniversary/ valentines had an argument as I didn't wana go, as usual she got her own way so I had cauliflower soup, sirloin with new pots and veg , oh and a diet coke had a bit of my wife's risotto to ( sorry)

                                    Sounds like its all going well mate.keep up the good work.
                                    How are you having your egg whites? I buy LEW(liquid egg whites) I just have these in a glass with a splash of sugar free orange squash. Very easy to drink.
                                    I would have a whole egg everyday too, find scrammbled eggs whites very plain but one whole egg helps.
                                    I'd add in more vedge aswell to your diet and maybe some nuts or nut butter for healthy fats.
                                    If your having a few drinks then have a spirit with a diet drink.
                                    I have vodka and diet sprite, thinks its approx 60 cals whereas a pint beer can have 200-300 cals.

                                      I boil mine , tried scrambled but no good I'm afraid , I take a multi vit but will start eating more veg , all in all I'm happy , I've made a life choice and I'm sticking to it , the scales say I'm loosing so do my measurements but I dnt feel it as much , I'm sitting in my wheelchair so I would like to see it come of my stomach more

                                        Its often harder to see changes yourself mate but others notice .If your measurements and the scales show your loosing it then you definitely are.
                                        You should try some LEW. Alot more convenient imo.
