Dislocated Shoulder during PCT 07 February 2012 12:09 (permalink)
So, i dislocated my shoulder at the end of my first week on PCT (Last tursday) doing squats. I really dont know how it came out doing them but hey ho. I do have problems with my shoulders dislocating anyway.
 
I was wondering what i should do about it really, i am taking a week off training just to make sure its ok then going to start up again next week being really careful, but im worried im going to lose all my gains from this cycle (my first one).
 
Also i seem to be losing alot of BF still during my PCT, not really lost any muscle, or is that just water retention going away? And also my lifts still seem to be getting better, or were anyway.

    You will dump a fair amount of water weight first couple of weeks depending what gear your running.

    Shame you dislocated your shoulder it's important to keep training during pct.

      i think it will be water retention not bf dude, high water retention can make you look fat, so droping it will make you look leaner, i always looked in much better shape and condition the morning after a night out on the drink from its duretic effects lol
      i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.
