Do you have 15 inch arms or bigger?

My question is to anybody who has 15 inch arms or bigger. What weights were you lifting with curls and tricep extensions around the time you achieved the 15 inches?

I know this is probably a pretty useless question and won't mean anything but I want to ask anyway.

At the moment my arms are just under 15 inches and I am hoping to achieve that size in the not too distant future. I am currently lifting 17kg dumbbells for curls and 18kg dumbbells for skull crushers. Both exercises are 4 sets of 8 reps once per week.

Any replies will be appreciated.

For isolation of biceps I alternate weekly between 12kg DBs and 45lb-ish on a EZ Bar, both 3x8.

oh forgot to mention I found that my arms grew better when I started benching more and did pull ups, compound movements seem to be great mass builders for most

Arms are 15", I only do 3-4 sets for bis and tris a week, but I'm very bicep dominant with my pulling and tris get mashed from pressing.

I'll probably include more isolation stuff one day, but for now I'll use the excuse of "I've run out of time!" at the end of the session

imo, the amount of weight used is of minimal importance, as long as you can do 10-12 reps at a stuggle. the way you move the weight is by far the most important factor, slow controlled motion, concentrating on working the muscle you are training. my arms 17" cold and not really concerned with howmuch weight i move, its not a huge amount anyway but thats not the point of my training. i dont lift much heavier than you maybe a few more kilos nothing much and i aim for 12ish reps, but it is the form that will stimulate muscle growth. at an old gym a guy used to "curl" 100kg wot a laugh, his arms were not big at all.

Around 15", directly train Bi's Tris on the same day once a week.

Biggest importance for me is technique its tooooo easy to swing your arms/back/shoulders when doing curls etc.

My arms grew pretty quickly then stopped growing..... I changed my routine a bit and started super setting the last exercise on both bi's and tri's and they started growing again.
I dont think what weights you lift are relevant really. There are the body fat issues as already started and then what form you lift with. I know i can curl x amount with good form but i can lift a lot more by 'helping' it up if i jolt my body....

my arms are 25in - i was going to include my hand in the measurement but figured shoulder to wrist would be ok

the only training i do to facilitate this is the 10:40 to st albans

Mine are 16" as of today

I found training arms on there own once a week helped with growth

I am curling 40kg with single arm cable curls and 85kg on tricep push down

    Does that help

How tall you are should be a consideration. If somebodys 5'6 with a muscular 15" arm they're going to look massive compared to somebody over 6 foot with arms the same size.

    Very true.

Currently myself don't do any isolation work, only isolations I have done in the past year or so would of been ez bar curls and skullcrushers.

Around the 16" mark at present.

They were closed to 15" last year & had to ease back on training as they started to look too big.
Only train biceps every 2-3 weeks now...
