To be honest I reckon if I sorted my lifestyle out the weighs would shoot up pretty quick.

I might consider a cut in the New Year, until then its beer and kebabs as normal!

Yeah deffo mate. <y lifts definitely improve and that is after a month or so off it. If I properly go a long period of time sober I think they will rocket

Not working is has been my biggest problem. Im done in the gym by about 2 oclock so end up passing the rest of the day with a 12 pack! really need to get a routine back in my life!

Ok start off with a day or two initially haha.

Yeah routine is the main thing, I can guarantee that if lost my job I would be f.ucked constantly

Depends on who's looking.

I'm only 5ft 9 and weigh a bit under 20stone. Have always been big and bulky even when slimmer. Tend to be seen as a bit of a 'lump'

At an MT meet though it would be a different kettle of fish entirely. You'd be seen through very different eyes from a very different perspective.

I always get called upon for any heavy lifting/backup/presence - might sound silly to heavy trainers/doormen on here but that's how it is. Might have as much to do with a fairly no-nonsense attitude as it does with any perceived size.

Its a nightmare. I can still manage to haul my ass to the gym when ive been drinking the night before but the excess calories are the biggest problem. Even vodka has lots of calories, especially when you drink a litre of it!

I've got a ps3 but unfortunately I dont have a spare £50 at the moment. If I did I'd be in the pub now!

peagreen

According to shread06 then no I look nowhere near what I should be able to lift - I'm the same weight and can't bench anywhere near 150.

My BF levels are also the highest they have ever been in my life - I have to say I am a little dubious about the claims on the internet but hey that's the rules.

i think we had a conversation about it peagreen on another thread you said your bench was quite bad but you can lift quite alot on leg press and your other lifta are good so maybe bench just doesnt suit you
and just to show im not an internet hardman http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/tm.aspx?m=3556066
edit: just noticed it was this thread lol

I'd say I look big but a number of my lifts are rubbish compared to some of the skinny guys in my gym.

I just try and get on with it.

I'm 16 stone and 10-14lbs (varies day to day), off cycle.  I can bench 140kg for 10, 180kg at last attempt for 1.  I however look like a more athletic type of guy rather than BBer!

Theres well over 100 calories in a double vodka. So if you drink a lot of them it soon adds up

I weigh 14 and a half stone, I can do a couple of reps of 100kg on my own but because I'm 6'3, you'd never be able to tell by looking at me. I'll need to reach about 16 stone to look muscular
