Thought I'd ask some other questions in this thread rather than making a new one.
 
Weighed myself tonight and I was 69.8kg which I've used to calculate my daily calorie requirement at 2695.
 
If my target is to put on mass without putting on any fat (getting leaner while I do it would be a plus!) while I'm on this cycle, what sort of calories should I be aiming for?
 
Also, I've read a few times that it's a good idea to up cals during PCT, is that a good idea for my cycle?

Based on a maintenance of 2695 I would say shoot for an average of 3100-3200 each day for a lean bulk and increase as weight does on cycle.
 
Roughly a 30/40/30 protein/carb/fat split.

Ok, so I've got all the stuff I need now apart from the taurine which I've just ordered.
 
I've got a quick question on the timing of the Pro-Halo. Some people say to spread it out throughout the day (25 morning/25 pre-workout/25 night) some people say 50 in the morning and 25 at night and some people say 25 in the morning and 50 at night.
 
Any idea what would be best? Also, does it matter what food I take them with?
