Hey guys,
 
Just looking at Dragon Nutritions hard body stack. Im tempted by this. Price is good and looks good for what im wanting at the moment. 
 
Stats -
19.2 Stone
15% BF
190kg Bench
260kg Squat
300kg dead (almost)
 
Im wanting to try and compete this year. I was going to try this stack with the aim of adding some extra size while not bloating up as some other PH's seem to do.
 
Any advice would be appreciated.

          This will be the second time i have tried PH's. I did a course earlier on this year. Apart from that i'm clean. 
          I have been training since i was 18 and last couple years really got my diet sorted and made some really good gains. 
          In my opinion, I think you should have a good base before even considering using PH's or steroids. I have seen to many guys come in the gym for a few months go on the gear and then thats them hooked. Once they come off the depression sets in and they stop training due to not lifting as much as they were when they were on cycle. 
          Its a very mentally challenging experience from one i have witnessed and i dont think all people are mentally strong enough when they first start taking gear. Only my opinion though.

            what was your previous cycle ? you have a far amount of size how are you planing on dosing ?

              I ran a  PRO-EPI and PRO-TREN course back in May whilst cutting. My lifting came on pretty well and leaned up quite nice.
               
              I am going to run as recommended - 40mg of Pro-Epi,100mg of Pro-Tren and 400mg of Pro-S tano per day for the first couple of weeks and see how i get on with those doses. I will probably up it mid cycle.
               
              Size isn't a problem with me at the moment. Diet is clean and training well at the moment. Just interested to see what gains are like using this stack. Heard quite good things about Dragon products.
               
              Any advice on dosages whilst on this stack lost?

                  Firstly, you sound like a unit and you've got some cracking lifts there!!! So fair play.
                   
                  Your cycle sounds good to me, you already sound like you know your stuff and are doing the right thing diet wise, so good luck and keep us posted :-)
                   
                  Dragon products are very good, and I rate them highly from my own use.

                    New hard body stack starting today! 
                     
                    Im thinking off starting it off like i mentioned earlier - 
                    40mg of Pro-Epi
                    100mg of Pro-Tren
                    400 mg stano ( not pro-one as first thought, must have had stano in stock?)
                     
                    Im going to see how results go for the first couple weeks and if i may up the dosages depending on this.
                     
                    Will try and update as much as possible.
                     
                    Starting weight - 122kg
                    Height - 6'3
                    BF - 15-16%
                     
                    Whilst on this stack i will be doing 2 cardio sessions daily. Once in the morning 30-45 mins of low - high intensity cardio. Going to split this up. 3 days HIT and 3 days low intensity.
                     
                    After weights will be a 30-45 low intensity cardio session.
                    Abs will be done in the morning after cardio.
                     
                    I workout one body part per day. Upper / lower / upper/ lower..
                     
                    Chest
                    Legs
                    Shoulders
                    Back
                    Arms
                    Hammy's and calves on separate day from legs
                    One day off a week. 
                     
                    I have just finished a 5x5 routine over the past 6 weeks. 
                    I am now thinking of doing a rep range of 15,14,13,12,11,10. Not tried this before but i am interested to see how things progress doing this range. sounds a lot of reps but i think it will be a good way of keeping track of my workouts. 
                     
                    Diet will consist of -
                    Meal 1 Whey shake before am cardio.
                    Meal 2 Oats and eggs first meal.
                    Meal 3 BSN's Syntha 6 shake at 09:00. 
                    Meal 4 Baked potato/rice, cottage cheese, tuna/chicken and salad.
                    Meal 5 BSN's Syntha 6 shake at 15:00.
                    Meal 6 Chicken / Fish, green veg and eggs + oatcakes and peanut butter
                    Meal 7 PHD's slow 6 hr blend protein (before bed)
                    (Due to my work food is available at set times only ie breakfast lunch and dinner - for the next 3 weeks anyway. Once back home diet will be altered)
                    I am also taking omeg 3s ,BCAA's and ZMA's along with the hard body stack.
                     
                    Dressings if any on salads will be extra virgin oil. 
                     
                    Will try and keep an update of how things are going. 
                     
                    All my lifts have been mentioned above previously.

                          Hoping to get some nice results from this.
                           
                          Nice result on the Stano. 
                          Will update every couple days with any noticeable gains etc.
                           
                          Diet isnt as good as i would like it to be due to working in the middle of the north sea but it will suffice for the time. Plenty of protein and good quality carbs - enough for me. I may increase carbs if i start to lack energy. Only time will tell though.
                           
                          Going to get some before and after pictures to judge the changes too. Hope to see some nice changes!

                            i will be following this very carefully. and ur lifting stats are very impressive, amazing that you have been clean for so long, not many can do it.
                             
                            in my personal opinion because of how much you weigh, you could consider bumping the epi from 40mg a day to possibly 50mg or even 60mg to see better results. but either way the stack seems solid and you shuld get some sweet results!

                                epi will take a wee while to kick in. i posted a review yday on the forums about my epi, prolmg stack. mite be worth a wee read. u can always pm me for any questions.
                                 
                                i ran my cycle at 50mg of epi in the last 3 weeks (of 6weeks) and only then did the strength start to shoot up noticeably. and then ofcourse some weight gain. i do think 100mg of  prolmg rele helped to put the weight on

                                  Did you start your epi at 40mg as i have? 
                                  I was thinking of upping it due to bodyweight/lifts i have at the moment to get the full effect sooner rather than later.

                                    i did 3weeks at 40mg, and then from the start of week 4 50mg a day paired with 100mg of max lmg. for me epi took into week 4 to get going. so dont expect it to kick in anytime soon. ul maybe get that "on feeling" in the middle of week 3, but the other compounds could act quicker so u culd maybe make gains quickly.
                                     
                                    today is actually my last day of the cycle. post cycle begins tomora, so il keep it all updated as i go along.

                                        What was your bodyweight before and after cycle?

                                        started the cycle at 13stone 2lb (184 pounds)... finished the cycle at 14st 1lb (197 pounds). overall some good weight gains there, was visibly harder and "denser" look to the muscles. pumps for me wernt that great, got far better pumps on h-drol solo
