New hard body stack starting today!
Im thinking off starting it off like i mentioned earlier -
40mg of Pro-Epi
100mg of Pro-Tren
400 mg stano ( not pro-one as first thought, must have had stano in stock?)
Im going to see how results go for the first couple weeks and if i may up the dosages depending on this.
Will try and update as much as possible.
Starting weight - 122kg
Height - 6'3
BF - 15-16%
Whilst on this stack i will be doing 2 cardio sessions daily. Once in the morning 30-45 mins of low - high intensity cardio. Going to split this up. 3 days HIT and 3 days low intensity.
After weights will be a 30-45 low intensity cardio session.
Abs will be done in the morning after cardio.
I workout one body part per day. Upper / lower / upper/ lower..
Chest
Legs
Shoulders
Back
Arms
Hammy's and calves on separate day from legs
One day off a week.
I have just finished a 5x5 routine over the past 6 weeks.
I am now thinking of doing a rep range of 15,14,13,12,11,10. Not tried this before but i am interested to see how things progress doing this range. sounds a lot of reps but i think it will be a good way of keeping track of my workouts.
Diet will consist of -
Meal 1 Whey shake before am cardio.
Meal 2 Oats and eggs first meal.
Meal 3 BSN's Syntha 6 shake at 09:00.
Meal 4 Baked potato/rice, cottage cheese, tuna/chicken and salad.
Meal 5 BSN's Syntha 6 shake at 15:00.
Meal 6 Chicken / Fish, green veg and eggs + oatcakes and peanut butter
Meal 7 PHD's slow 6 hr blend protein (before bed)
(Due to my work food is available at set times only ie breakfast lunch and dinner - for the next 3 weeks anyway. Once back home diet will be altered)
I am also taking omeg 3s ,BCAA's and ZMA's along with the hard body stack.
Dressings if any on salads will be extra virgin oil.
Will try and keep an update of how things are going.
All my lifts have been mentioned above previously.
