This is going to be my last bulk cycle before I cut for summer , I will be stating soon

Week 1 100mg Clomid 20 mg nolva 25mg Ostarine ,NTBM Hcgenerate, NTKTS
Week 2 50mg Clomid 20 mg nolva 10mg Ostarine ,NTBM Hcgenerate,NTKTS
Week 3 50mg Clomid 10 mg nolva 10mg Ostarine ,NTBM Hcgenerate,NTKTS
Week 4 25mg Clomid 10 mg nolva 10mg Ostarine ,NTBM Hcgenerate,NTKTS

Week 1-4 NTBM N2Guard, Liv52 DS
Week 5-7 Liv 52 DS ,Celery Seed Extract
Week 1-7 Caber 0.5mg twice a week
Diet will be based around a split of 40 pro 30 carbs 30 fats at around 3500-3700 a day looking for a leanish bulk ,I will be doing cardio through out

Solid all around, cycle layout/supports and PCT.

Yep think I've got it all covered  its my last bulk cycle so want to make it the best I can ,according to the logs I'm watching people are going upto 90mg when running trenavar solo so i may bump the last week up just to use them all, should be a beauty

I used the ostarine in my last PCT its a great addition ,helps to keep the weight and strength whilst leaning you out a little

Yep not sure on toxicity thats why I opted for Dzine rather than SD ,one of the logs i'm following are having bloods done after 4 weeks which is Friday this week so will be interested to see the results

Okay i started my cycle 13 days ago ,2 weeks prior to starting I do my own style of priming I run Clen only at a small dosage of 80mcg a day and on second week add 1mg ketotifen and drop my carbs and  and started cardio again which is 20 mins XTrainer post workout  ,I know theres a lot of Clen myths but I have read that it gives  the body a more anabolic environment for stating a cycle,so the day i started cycle I was 1.5kg down on weight that i was currently holding.
Quite a shock really been weighing myself on the gym scales and I now they are accurate
Day 13- 5kg up
The day before I started the cycle I joined another Gym its a lot more of a hardcore gym and started a more advanced program, diet has been the same as normal when on cycle but gains are coming thicker and faster, no real sides to speak about really at the minute ,no lethargy but in the evening falling asleep is very easy which is a good thing and having really vivid dreams

Yep its been a great start couldn't of asked for more to be honest,new training is as follows
4 day split
Day 1 Heavy shoulders ,lighter chest,triceps
Day 2 heavy legs ,back,biceps
Day 3 Heavy chest ,lighter shoulders,triceps
Day 4 Back ,biceps, deadlifts
Been logging with someone who is doing Trenavar at a very high dosage who has had bloods done after 4 weeks, and Estro is sky high so as he has done I am going to start adding in ATD , its cheap enough got some of the hero's from Taylor Made Supps as Tren's fat burning propertys only works with low estrogen,weight gain will probably slow down but some leaning out now with the weight I have already gained would be pretty good

What sort of set/rep scheme does he have you working that on?
