Guys I have been lucky enough to be selected by Predator Nutrition to run the Driven Sports stack.
These products are both new to me so Iv had a quick read up on them and so far have found out:
Lean Xtream This contains a prop blend 395mg of:
Green Tea Extract 50% (EGCG) – this help keep the immune system strong which IMO is important whilst cutting as lower cals and additional cardio will put your body under pressure. This im sure is as a result of the absorbic acid it contains (or Vit C to you and me). Its also said to increase fat oxidisation/loss.
Coleus Forskohlii (40% Forskolin), - this increases blood flow due to its vasodilator properties. It increases test and helps weight loss leaning you out. It also improves the levels of camp which is a signal carrier.
5-AT (7-Hydroxy 17B-Dihydro Dehydroepiandrosterone ), I only found a small amount of info on this saying it supports the thyroid and lower stress levels – this has a knock on effect to cortisal control which again helps with fat loss
7OH (7-Hydroxy-Dehydroepiandrosterone) – from what I can tell this is similar to DHEA but is said to be more effective. DHEA is a natural PH produced by the adrenal gland (autocrine mechanisum- not sure what this is). From my reading this is a precursor to androstenedione, test and estrogen??? 7 - Keto is claimed to be safer as it does not convert to test or estrogens but I can not find out what this means for 7OH in this product? Also I don’t know if this would be safe for a woman to use either?
This is a non stim based product so I will be dosing this throughout the day.
Overall all the ingredients look promising and I’m hoping good synergy between them will help shed some fat.
Adrenalean I have found contradicting information on the ingredients for this product, which is a little strange but this could just be different websites calling ingredients different things.
Anyhow going from Preds site:
Euphpramine prop blend of 710mg:
Phenylethylamine – mainly a stimulant. But also a good mood supporter and helps with weight loss. This is also found in foods like chocolate so Im assuming that the feel good factor of eating such foods is what this will make you feel. However this usually does not survive the first pass and so significant concentrations reaching the brain which leads me to the next ingredient…………
Quercitin – This has many uses but the main ones I think its found itsway into this product are its ability to inhibit CYP3A4, WHICH ARE THE ENZYMES THAT BREAK DOWN MOST DRUGS IN THE BODY. This would in theory allow more of the above ingredient to survive thus making it useful. This also has a strong antioxidant activity and Vit C sparing abilities.
Hordinine – I stuggeled on this one… Its linked to Phenylethylamine and found in cactuses.
Methylarecaiden – found in the fruit of palm trees it appreas to be another mood enhancer and stimulant.
L-Huperzine A – A natural plant extract that boosts memory, learning and focus. Focus will be the most important one here normally but I will be sitting some exams later in the month so fingers cross this maybe an added aid for me lol!!!!
EvoSyn Prop blend 300mg:
Caffeine Anhydrous – we all know this one, energy and appetite surpression.
Evodiamine – This chemical has been shown to reduce fat uptake in mouse studies but I don’t think it has been proven in humans.
Synephrine HCL – Stimulant derived from Citrus Aurantium and a common substitute for Ephedrine. It is very similar to Ephedrine in composition and is also found in some cold and flu medicines and weight loss products which contain Ma Huang. It is thought to have the same energy boosting, appetite suppressing and increasing your metabolic rate in the same way caffeine does.
Overall again this looks to be a very good product with select ingredients in it helping appetite suppression, energy and increased focus.
If anyone has any further info on the ingredients that iv missed out or have struggled to find out post it up guys as I will be interested in reading it.
Other than that I will start these supps as soon as I receive them and start giving feed back on them as soon as I do.
