Get back into the K-b mate, trying to get my lad to restart his karate again after 5 months out, due to a nasty virus. He's 9 years old and a brown/red belt, so brown/black and then black belt, he's been doing karate since he was 5 years old. He's also a full green belt at ju-jitsu, he loves martial arts, just hope he keeps it up.

I can't recall what forum it was but I threw one little c.unt into a sentence and you'd have thought I'd bummed one of their grandmas

Ya I know, I will pick it back up and you are right to put a little pressure on your little man to keep it up. Imagine how good he will be when he is like 18? He will be thanking you then cause not only will he be able to look after himself but its always a good pulling line lol!!!!! Cheers SOF, things are steadily going ok. Hoping to get some more intensive training in over the next week though.

Day 12 (Wednesday) Supps AM 1x Lean Xtream 2x Adrenalean 11ish 1x Lean Xtream 5ish 1x Lean Xtream 8ish 1x Lean Xtream Training 1 hour am, 30mins mid day and pm was HIIT: 5 x press ups on knuckles 5 x star jumps 5 x bw squats 5 x tuck jumps 5 x situps I took around 30 secs break in-between and did the above for 8 sets followed by sscv for 1 hour to warm down. General Diet been a little crappy today as cakes, etc were brought into work…….. Also we will see the same on this Friday doh!!!!! Anyway I loved todays HIIT, it was not unbearable or super intense as I was trying to get some focus on my legs and lower back. It felt good and I was breathing heavily and my legs felt a little jellified during the sscv.

Seems to be working very nicely mate. If it carries on like this I think I may well be ordering some for what I anticipate will be a New Year cut. Don't be too harsh re the photos mate (except for the hair ); you still clearly have a decent size to ya and I'm sure you will be back where you were in no time at all.

Day 15 (Saturday) Supps AM 1x Lean Xtream 2x Adrenalean 11ish 1x Lean Xtream 5ish 1x Lean Xtream 8ish 1x Lean Xtream Training 1 hour am, 1 hour pm cardio followed by abbs: 3x20 sit ups 2x10 leg rasies 2x10 oblique raises on both sides 60 seconds bridge 20 sit up rows( no idea what these are called but basically I do a sit up with my legs out flat 6 inchs off the floor and as I do the sit up I pull my knees into my chest) General Good session today considering I have been stuyding all day. Happy with cardio I got done today and loved the abbs work out. I felt I could have done more to be honest but time was pressing. Looking to do some decent HIIT again tomorrow. Thinking of the skipping variation which I plan on doing 10 mins after taking the Adrenalean to see if it makes me gas or not.

Day 16 (Sunday) Supps AM 1x Lean Xtream 2x Adrenalean 11ish 1x Lean Xtream 5ish 1x Lean Xtream 8ish 1x Lean Xtream Training 30mins am cardio, HIIT pm which consited of: 1min 30 secs bag work 30 secs break followed by 1 min 30 secs skipping 30 seconds break and then repeated 3 times This means I did a total of 9 mins in full gear with only 2 mins rest time which is not too bad. After the above I did 1 hour pm sscv to warm down. General Good training session today, I was to put it bluntly breathing out my ass after the HIIT session lol!!!! I really enjoyed it using varrying punch combos including a few kicks. I also varried the skipping, slow high jumps with smaller fast jumping and the normal average skipping. I could possibley have gone for one more bag and skipping session but was happy with the above. Planning on some high rep weights tomorrow to get the muscles working. The Adrenalean did not make me gas early so nice addition from that point of view and feel it gave me a nice surge of energy keeping me focused.

Seems to be going well still for ya mate? Good to see some weights in the pipeline too. Have just got a pair of sparring gloves myself as they have 2 or 3 bags in my gym so have decided to give that a try myself.

Ya Im looking forward to getting back to lifting tbh as been too long. As for the gloves I dont use any on the bag atm (not going for all out power yet)but to start off with it would be a good idea. I remember the first time I sarted to use a punch bag I kept spliting my knuckles and I had blood splatters all over it lol!!! I was young and thought it was cool............ Tw*t.... Anyway press ups on your knuckles will also toughen your fists up nicley so your nerves are dead like mine lol!!!

Good to see this combo produce the results I would expect of a fat loss stack which covers more than one metabolic pathway...now, I wish you had asked for.. Lol, I actually have a bottle of that stuff lying around. If I'd known I was gonna see that pic I would have paid you to take it;) Seriously, good work so far and try to avoid the cake!
