Routine Day 1 Squat - 3x5 Bench - 3x5 T-Bar Row - 3x8 Bicep curls - 3x8 abs (whatever) Day 2 Leg press - 3x6 Deads - 3x6 Mil Press - 3x8 Tricep Pushdown - 3x8 abs (whatever) Day 3 Squat - 1x20 Wide Grip Pull - 3x8 Incline DB Press - 3x8 Lat raises - 3x8 Calf raises - 1x30 abs (whatever) Currently at 15 stone 3 pounds. I'm back with the above routine! No excuses just training. Any questions, ask them!

Fluffchucker Best of luck with it all mate! I cant imagine training at home, the wife would stand and tell me I'm doing it wrong no doubt! hehe My mrs tried that , so I made her pick up a barbell and do some exercises my way! she had doms for nearly a week...shes never said a word about training since.

Hey fella, Training at home has plenty of perks - I mix it up depending on committments and session requirements etc I love not having to wait to use what I want and tend to find focus is better as there are no others to distract - so long as I get in the zone and stick some music on or something so am oblivious to life in the house. Have you got enough weight to challenge yourself?

Hello, did some pushups and sit ups last night as was busy, tonight i am looking at a new car or two so won't be able to but tomorrow is cricket training so there is some cardio. Proper regime training will start next week!

Hey NG - back from my hols so regular posting has resumed where I was getting sh1tty 3g connection on the canary islands and each page took approx 3 minutes to load I had to be very selective with posting :-(

Currently 15 stone 3 pounds. Lets see what happens. Enjoy my journey!

Hi NG! Did see the reply thanks but was busy at work so couldn't reply at that minute, i will though. I'm very happy, 4 months has passed since all the crap and a lot has happened so it's all good. Car buying is sooo frustrating though! Anyway. TRAINING! Very happy being my first day back that i hit some nice weights. Cardio - 13 minutes on the bike Leg Press - 3x 90kg (6) 110 (6) 150 (6) Deads - 3x 60kg (6) 70 (6) 80 (6) Mil press - 3x 15kg (8) 20 (8) 30 (6) - Needed a hefty spot on last set Cable Tricep pushdown 3x 25kg (8) 27.5 (8) 25 (8) Ab crunch on swiss 3x 20 Happy days!

Thursday Ouch...leg on fire! Squat 1x 40kg (20) Wide Grip Pull 3x 50kg (6) 45 (6) 45 (6) Incline DB Press 3x 16kg (8) 20 (8) 24 (8) Lat Raises 2x 5kg (6) 3.75 (6) BB Calf Raise 1x 60kg (20) Cable Bicep Curl 2x 22.5kg (12) 22.5 (12) Sit Ups 2 x 10 (abs still in ribbons from Tuesday!) Got to say i enjoyed the 1 set high rep on the squat and calfs, really feel that right now, tomorrow will be hard!
