Monday Incline Bench 3x 40kg (8) 50 (8) 50 (8) Decline Bench 3x 50kg (10) 55 (10) 55 (10) DB flat Bench 3x 20kg (10) 16 (12) 16 (15) Cable Cross 4x 16kg (8) Standing BB Curl 2x 20kg (10) Incline DB Bench Curl 2x 12kg (12) Laying Cable Curls 4x 20kg (10) 22.5 (10) 22.5 (10) 15 (10) Stength was way down, i think mainly due to training at 11.30 and not late afternoon....think the lack of a pre WO supp really didn't help....stupid work shifts :(
